Damages and Issues

We understand that unforeseen issues can arise. Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. This service is automatically included with every order. By opting out of Route Package Protection, you acknowledge that lost, damaged, or stolen packages will not be replaced or refunded. To learn more about this service, please visit routeapp.io.
Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We offer a 7-day grace period, starting from the time the package is marked as "ARRIVED," during which you can request a full refund or exchange.

Promotions
Please note that only one promotion code can be applied to each order. Orders eligible for promotion codes will have a designated section for code input during checkout. Promotions cannot be retroactively applied to orders placed prior to the start of the promotion. For information about order cancellations, please refer to our Order Cancellation policy.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase. While the product may not have been shipped, our system processes orders and pre-orders, making it impossible to make changes after this 24-hour period. Shipping Policy

We're delighted to offer free shipping on domestic orders exceeding $75! Once you've placed your order, anticipate it to be shipped within 3-7 business days. Please keep in mind that processing times may vary, especially during sales or new product launches. Upon shipping your order, you'll receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number. Please note that it might take 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be scanned into our carrier system.
It is the responsibility of our valued customers to ensure the accuracy and safety of their provided shipping address. We cannot be held liable for inaccurately entered shipping information or for packages left, stolen, or lost when delivered to an unreliable or unsafe address. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to us due to delivery issues.
We also offer Route Package Protection for added peace of mind. This service safeguards shipments against loss, damage, or theft. It is automatically included with every order. International Shipping
All our packages originate from New York City. International shipments may be subject to customs, duties, or other fees not included in our shipping rate. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Preorders
Preorders will be shipped in the order they are received. The estimated shipping date for each product is detailed in the product description. Please note that these dates are estimates and may be subject to change without prior notice. If your order includes one or more "preorder" items, the entire package will be shipped when all contents become available. For expedited shipping, we recommend placing two separate orders one for preorder items and another for in-stock items.
